This perennials ability to bloom through the heat of our Summers is only one of the reasons it is so popular. It is also extremely easy to grow and flutters of butterflies visit it's large blooms all summer long. The one drawback is that it needs to be deadheaded (remove the dead blooms) to remain blooming all summer.
