This evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial is one of the most colorful ground covers for the spring. It will bloom profusely for 3-4 weeks from mid to late spring and then again in fall. When it is not in bloom, the bright green, needle like foliage adds texture to the garden. Use as a ground cover, border, or just spot in a few for that early spring color. This one is easy to grow and care for. Plus, it is deer resistant.
