This one is actually an annual vine in our area. You can save the legumes (bean pods) at the end of the season and plant the beans in the spring after the last chance of a frost. Growing up to 12-15' in a season, it is commonly used to cover trellises, arbors or fencing. It produces small purplish blooms late in the summer into the fall.
